Grad offers wholesome, yummy deli menu
Clayton College of Natural Health graduate Alain Braux is executive chef-nutritioniste for People’s Pharmacy, a small chain in Austin, Texas. Alain recently started a line of To Go Chef’s Specials especially designed for clients with Wheat/Gluten and Dairy/Casein allergies, and would like to develop a complete line of allergen-free food products for clients, or create customized menus for such clientele.
Alain also runs A Votre Sante (To Your Health), which helps mostly young customers with ADD/ADHD through proper nutrition and appropriate menus. Following in some of the most reknowned European doctors in nutrition, Alain offers recipes that are healthy (organic and local as much as possible) and hypotoxic.
