Book asks “What Are You Weighting For?”
CCNH graduate Victoria Scales recently released a new book title “What Are You Weighting For?” In it, Scales makes the mind/body connection as she shares a wealth of health and fitness information. Bringing years of active lifestyle and personal training experience to the fore, she chronicles her personal prayer-guided journey to health, fitness, and wellness and invites the reader to join her.
