“Top 10″ Resolutions for 2009

2009 is our year to shine!

Read what the students of Clayton College of Natural Health have pledged as their resolutions for the new year.

1. To practice the art of contentment. (Alisha)

2. To eat foods that are grown locally, processed minimally, and cooked with love. (Erica)

3. Help create environmental sustainability – renew, reuse, recycle. (Linda)

4. To allow others be as imperfect as me. (Teja)

5. To simplify my life by wanting less and giving more. (Susan)

6. Live a healthier life – physically, mentally, and spiritually – and teach others to do the same. (Sarah, Anna)

7.To improve time management and do more with the time that I have. (Rephael)

8. To be more active! (Renee)

9. To learn how to manage stress and be more relaxed. (Doreen)

10. Be a leader at all times in your private, personal, and professional world. Great leaders create healthy and meaningful futures! (Joseph)

To stop, look, and listen to me,
What a grand year it will be!
