CCNH Graduate Alain Braux Teaches a Class on Creating Gluten and Dairy Free Classic French Desserts

In time for the Spring, Executive Pastry Chef and Nutritherapist Alain Braux has pulled together all the ingredients necessary bring out the sweetness in you: Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Soufflé and Crème Brulée. On Saturday, March 7th, Chef Braux will teach a hands-on instructional class on how to prepare all three of these exquisite desserts for a delectable and irresistible end-of-meal tour de force.

Especially important to many will be the fact that all three of these classic French desserts have been specifically designed by Chef Braux to be gluten and dairy-free. Renown as a pâtissier in France and Austin and with a formal education in holistic nutrition, Chef Braux is uniquely qualified to guide people to their dessert fantasies while keeping them within their dietary constraints. This class is perfect for the amateur GF/DF chef. Come prepared to get your fingers coated with chocolate and be delighted.
